What Steve Marriott lacked in size, he more than made up for with his powerful voice. Marriott is acknowledged as one of the greatest vocalists of all time by some of the biggest names in music, like Clem Burke, Ozzy Osbourne, and Keith Richards, and as a result has made guest appearances in many well known bands including Mott the Hoople and The New York Dolls.

But he is remembered most for his work with Humble Pie and the amazing Small Faces alongside Ronnie Lane. In 2012, Marriott and the other Small Faces band members were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
