Happy Birthday Syd Barrett! - Here is Tim Burgess wearing Syd Octopus.

Happy Birthday to Pink Floyds Finest Syd Barrett. We though we would share this story with you on Syd's Birthday. 

Tim tagged us in the recent tweet of him wearing his Worn Free Syd Barrett Octopus Tee. Syd was the visionary driving force behind Pink Floyd until things got a bit too much for him to perform with the band but he continued to inspire them even when he was doing his own thing. 

Being huge fans of The Charlatans we were thrilled to see Tim wearing one of our shirts especially this one that was redesigned from an old button badge that Syd drew himself.

The Worn Free team had the pleasure of hanging out with Tim back stage at the V festival many moons ago. We had been graced with 100's of beer vouchers from one of our friends at Budweiser and shared them out with Tim. We then had the best time with Tim using the beer dollars to buy everyone's drinks who were standing around the bar.
